Ingredients

  • 2kg chicken wings
  • 1 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 lime, finely grated

Method

  • Step 1: Pre-heat over to 180C.
  • Step 2: In a roasting pan, line it with baking paper. Place your chicken wings in a single layer in a roasting pan.
  • Step 3: Combine sweet soy sauce, lime rind and oil. Pour over the chicken wings.
  • Step 4: Bake your chicken wings for 40 mins turning over often until cooked.
  • Tip: Snip the tip of the wings to help prevent it from burning.
