The crown of the turkey. Pure turkey breast meat starting from 4kg.
All-natural, no artificial ingredients, preservatives, or injections are added to Numurkah Turkeys. Grown locally right in Numurkah, VIC and delivered fresh to ensure you receive an exceptionally tender and juicy turkey
Available from 4kg to 8kg. Stuffing optional.
Weights will vary around 100 grams. The advertised weight is the minimum weight of the buffe.
Choose one of our gourmet Stuffing mixes. Made fresh instore with fresh herbs and premium ingredients. All stuffing is Gluten-Free.
• Apricot and macadamia – Gluten Free. Whole apricots with crunchy, golden roasted macadamia nuts, sultanas, citrus peel & fig. A perfect complement to a Christmas turkey.
• Sage and onion – Gluten Free. A traditional family favourite of breadcrumbs, freshly diced onions, fresh sage leaves and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
• Cranberry and chestnut – Gluten Free. Whole cranberries with delicious chestnuts, a pinch of nutmeg and spices. Finished with a rich cranberry sauce.
To order your Turkey Buffe, please choose a date for delivery for either 23rd, 24th or select Other Date and add a note in the checkout the date that you would prefer us to deliver your Turkey Buffe.

Cooking Tip: Cover it in bacon to keep it moist whilst cooking, then cover and rest for another hour.
