With our open plan workspace, watch as freshly delivered chicken gets deboned early in the morning then prepared and displayed ready for sale. Meet The Team

Craig

Craig is a jack of all trades, master of none. Craig's skills and experience has been fine-tuned with the completion of his MBA at RMIT.

He manages all parts of the business from deboning chicken to fixing the internet, to delivering orders for our customers, all while raising four beautiful children.

Understanding the importance of customers is number one for any business. This is backed up by Poultry Creations commitment to providing the highest quality and freshest chicken available.

Faye

The backbone of our Eastland team, Faye has been working in the poultry industry for over 25 years. The culmination of all this experience is that she quite literally knows all the ins and outs of chicken.

She can break down a whole chicken in less than 20 seconds.

Jing

Jing has a wealth of experience. Previously a small business owner herself, she's always looking to innovate and create new products that customers will love. Specialising in our free-range chicken, wholesale needs and creating quality gourmet products, she can do it all!

Jing’s hand-crafted creamy camembert kiev’s is nothing short of deliciousness.
